Scripture A Day Widget LDS is a free Android application that provides daily inspirational LDS scriptures to its users. The app comes in the form of a home screen widget that can be easily dragged onto any home screen. Once added, tapping on the widget will display a new scripture each day. The app also includes a Big Print version which can be used for browsing and emailing the daily scriptures.
One of the most convenient features of this app is that with a single tap on the widget, the verse opens in Gospel Library (ensure that the latest version of Gospel Library is installed). It's a simple and effective way to access daily scriptures without having to manually search for them.
